Refunds / Cancellation Policy
Tickets and room bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a refund being issued due an artist change ClubbingAway will refund the ticket price difference. If for any reason an event is cancelled, ClubbingAway will refund the full value of the ticket purchased. ClubbingAway is not responsible for additional costs incurred such as travel to an event and this remains at the risk of the customer. ClubbingAway will not refund tickets should a customer change their mind and no longer wish to attend an event, however, ClubbingAway would be more than willing to exchange tickets for another event.
All refunds will be processed within 14days of the advertised event.
ClubbingAway Limited uses PayPal as a trusted secure payments provider. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
