How will my tickets arrive?
ClubbingAway use a secure e-ticking solution which requires our users to print their tickets before they attend an event. Each ticket has a unique barcode which cannot be duplicated, one ticket can only be scanned per entry to an event.
E-Tickets will arrive as a PDF attachment once payment has successfully cleared. If your e-ticket has not arrived please check your junk mail as there is a slight chance they can be picked up by your email provider. Please contact us at email@example.com if you tickets have not arrived within two hours of purchase.
If you would like your tickets sent out via first class recorded delivery from our UK office please get in touch, we charge a small postage fee for this service charged at £1.74.

What if my tickets don't arrive?
If e-tickets haven't arrived within two hours from purchase please call our sales team on 01344 291926 (UK) or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to investigate why this has happened.
Have I booked too late for an event?
It's never too late to book with our e-ticket system, as long as you can get to a printer before attending the event then you still have time.
If you cannot get to a printer please take your ClubbingAway Invoice, payment receipt and a form of photographic identification (such as a driving licence) to the entrance of the event. Your invoice and payment receipt can then be exchanged for your entrance ticket(s). You must present all three documents to receive your ticket(s).
You will not be elegable for a refund if you do not collect your tickets.
Safe Senders List
We have found some email programs and servers do not accept attachments easily, therefore our e-tickets cant always get through, we therefore send our tickets as SMS (Android) and iMessage (iOS).
