Tickets are sent out via first class recorded delivery once your order status has been updated to 'Royal Mail Tracked Delivery'. All ClubbingAway customers are supplied with 16 digit Royal Mail Tracking Number via email to ensure their tickets will arrive within five business days from purchase.

What if my tickets don't arrive?
If tickets haven't arrived within fourteen business days from purchase please call our sales team on 0208 409 0506 (UK) and we will endeavour to investigate why this has happened. ClubbingAway Ltd will also send users an E-Ticket which can also be presented at the club (and printed anywhere in the world...incase, like some of you did last summer... leave your tickets in the UK!)
I've booked late...How does the Resort Collection service work?
If you've requested "Resort Collection" please take your ClubbingAway Invoice and payment receipt to the entrance of the event. Your invoice and payment receipt can then be exchanged for your entrance ticket(s). You must present both documents to receive your ticket(s).
You will not be elegable for a refund if you do not collect your tickets.
